"Esperienza assolutamente inaccettabile. A soli 4 giorni dall'inizio del soggiorno, la struttura ha cancellato la mia prenotazione a causa di un loro errore di overbooking. Non solo hanno creato un enorme disagio, ma hanno anche spostato arbitrariamente le date del mio soggiorno in avanti di due settimane, senza alcun preavviso o accordo preventivo con me. ​La gestione della situazione è stata totalmente speculativa e priva di professionalità. Organizzazione pessima e grandissima inaffidabilità....

"The staff and owner were very helpful and friendly. Always smiling. The food was excellent. We had pizzas and they were delicious. Lovely quiet mountain hotel. The shower was first rate as it was beautiful and powerful. We would definitely stay there again. "
