"A lovely country home, with some rooms that have a lake view from the balcony -gorgeous, with a very relaxed vibe! We used the pool immediately upon our arrival which was refreshing after traveling, and it had a view of the lake, as well as the chickens and goat on the farmette. Room: The mattress was firm, yet very comfortable! The tiny European-style shower is an authentic Italian experience (😉), but our spacious bathroom had gorgeous tile to be admired. "A small hotel with a fabulous and very popular lakeside restaurant. Mainly used by Italians but with a handful of international guests. The staff are very friendly and the food possibly the best Italian we’ve ever enjoyed anywhere. We dined lakeside while watching otters and various birds in the lake very close by. We stayed for one night before driving to Civitavecchia to pick up a cruise (about an hour) and we would love to return one day. "

Main gripe is there is no Wi-Fi in bedrooms only in the reception area which isn't stated in the hotel description . "There was no air conditioning and the conditions of the room was more of a guesthouse than a hotel. The shower barely worked and the bathroom was not quite big enough for me. It was just a place to rest my head and nothing more. I arrived a day late and left a day early. "

"Its approx 12 miles out of Rome and you need to get taxis everywhere. My belongings were taken out of my room by a member of staff and smelt of a vile perfume so had been worn. Dont let the staff book a taxi.as you get ripped off as the taxi drives all over to bump the price up. The taxis i booked myself were good. Also i got attacked in bed at the Hotel!"
