"Upon arrival, they allowed us to check in early which was very nice as we were exhausted. We were shown to our room which was spacious and had its own bathroom. After a couple hours nap, we walked around the house to check out the property which was unkept. "I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area.
