"This hotel is a gem. Claudia who greeted us when we checked in was very warm and welcoming. She walked us to our room and showed us all we needed to know about it. Breakfast was included and it was amazing and she personally makes your coffee for you. Hi would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a bed and breakfast feel in a hotel."

"Prefect location! Thankful they had AC units in both bedrooms as it was very necessary due to the heat! Only wish the description identified the 75 stairs to climb to get to the unit."

"Lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with a beautiful view. The host was great about answering any questions. We loved the old stove that was in the kitchen - non-functioning, but it added a nice touch. The living/family room was large and spacious with comfortable seating. There are stairs to climb and quite a few of them. If you or someone in your party has mobility issues, this would not be a good fit. We loved our stay here and would rent it again."

"Cute little place right down the street from the beach in Monterosso, complete with all the wonderful restaurants, coffee bars, etc. Very close to train station. Nice balcony overlooking the neighborhood fruit trees. It was great to be able to walk a couple hundred yards to the beach, shopping and eateries."

"Monterosso is a very beautiful and stylized location. The villa was a great base for the trip and host was very helpful. We easily walked our wheeled luggage from train station to the villa."

"It was very challenging to talk to the host when asking for the entrance directions again, as initially they texted the wrong code. The village is beautiful so it was okay to wait, however, wasted a lot of data getting it solved. When asking to resolve an issue, the individual stated they had to talk to the manager and would not reply back after. The sheets were not clean, and the towels also had someone else’s nose drippings. There was time given to resolve this, however, they chose not to...

"Now quite as majestic as it appears. The beds were old and terrible. The apartment and the entire building needs significant maintenance. The apartment needs a deep clean. There was hair on the sheets which always starts things badly. Be aware there isn’t any air con and that the shutters don’t function correctly (disrepair) so some bang if they are open because the tie backs are gone. The apartment is in a good location next to the beach but it is loud in the area in front of the soccer field....

"We really enjoyed our stay. The view was absolutely exceptional, and the location made it easy to access both the beach and town. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches upon arrival. The host provided snacks and a few meal preparation items, which were a nice surprise. Communication with the host was excellent; they were very responsive and helpful both before and throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay again."

"This was beyond our expectations. Location could not be more perfect. Bright and quiet although in a busy spot (excellent windows and soundproofing!). "My stay here in Monterosso was lovely. Please be warned, there are about 100 stairs or so straight up, leading to the room. I wouldn’t recommend if you are not able to climb a lot of stairs. But the location was perfect, a little off the beaten path, so super quiet and serene. Except there are times when you can hear the people above you from the bedroom walking or pushing in/out chairs. The AC was unmatched! After sweating profusely from the steep ascend to the room, that air conditioning felt...
