"Cleanliness is the main issue at this property. White Towels are grey, some towels look like they were used to clean the floor. Beds smell pretty bad, including bedsheets. The bathroom's curtain is full of mold, it seems they are never washed. Second complain is the elevator, there are two elevators, one is really old, and is barely used due staff recomendation. The main elevator is used by the cleaning ladies making this elevator almost impossible to use specially during the morning (cleaning...

"In my opinion the maintenence in general is not enought, the fountain inside of the buiding is nasty, and the swiming pool must to be remodelated, the floor is damaged and the people could be hurt by the edges on the kind of rustic floor. in general require maintenance and total remodelation the building."
