"I often stay here anytime I am vending at Perry Fairgrounds. It is a no-frill hotel. Older hotel with older furnishings but for the price and closeness to Fairgrounds (1 mile roughly) you cannot beat it for business. It is not a family vacation hotel. Did not see any signs of bed bugs or roaches either. Would stay but for business purposes only."
