"Happy with this property and would stay again. Room was clean and a good size .Shower was good. Did not have breakfast but friends say it was good 15 euros cooked eggs etc Evening meal was good spagetti bolagnaise ,salad bowls . I enjoyed and was ablot 13 euros so fine. Access to Schiphol airport very easy by bus .About 2-3 euros. When standing at front entrance look to left and their are lift/stairs to a bridge about 50m in front of you ,2 mins walk . Take the lift and take any bus on far side of road two stops to schiphol airport -seemed 10 min journey. very easy . Bus terminates at schiphol airport and its obvious where to get off The bridge goes up to a road My friends in the max hotel next door used our dining room for their meals. Any improvement i could suggest would be remove the odd weed off steps into hotel and jet wash steps . Hotel was great would use again next time."

"I have stayed at this hotel the last 3 times I was in Amsterdam. It is conveniently located near a metro and can access the city easily. The hotel is very clean and has a restaurant and a bar. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The I enjoyed their spa experience the last 3 times I was there and highly recommend this place for your next trip to Amsterdam. "

"It’s a small room without a window. However, the mattress is very comfortable, the furnishings are top notch, and the staff are very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again. I heard more noise in my room from the doors opening and closing in the hallway than my neighbors. "

"As this was not my first stay this hotel, it will certainly not the last. First and foremost, employees who are working for this hotel are ALL great. They responded promptly and accurately, and most of all, they responded as if the request was easy (which sometimes were not). Frequent shuttle bus service to and from the hotel was truly welcomed. Room was overall great and a small refrigerator gave us an opportunity to stock whatever we may want for breakfast etc. If I am allowed to say so, there were a few minor "shortfalls" which I would like to mention. 1. Room was too dark at night. Additional light stand would be great. 2. Shower/Bath room was absolutely no ventilation (i.e. no circling air); thus, it was always damp due to high humidity. Plus, as there were not enough wall hooks, it always created a challenge where to put (old & new) clothes & bath towel whenever we got shower. 3. Bed was a soft side. Not too soft to cause a back pain though. Nonetheless, it was overall a superb stay and we sincerely appreciated by the tangible effort from the people who work this hotel. Thank you very much once again. "
