"An absolute gem of a hotel in the heart of Valletta! Rooftop pool had fabulous views, dinner was excellent, and the hotel room was clean and spacious. We were a family of 3 visiting Malta for the first time and this was an ideal stay for our first visit to Malta! Thanks also to the attentive staff for their incredible hospitality."

"Amazing location, very close to the main areas of Valletta. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff was very helpful, provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants. The only downside of the hotel was the breakfast. It was a little disappointing, the space (lobby area) can become very crowded and replenishment of food items can be quite slow."

"The room was very clean and a good size. It did appear that finishing touches were needed regarding the ceiling and fixing of patio doors. Also the road entrance is not finished and it's quite a steep step up yo the main doors. The staff were happy to help with any questions we had and were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful but the room was quite small and the seating was very close together which made it tricky to get in and out of the chairs. We didn't sit out on the balcony as our view wasn't particularly pleasant as we were overlooking many sides and back of high buildings. I do feel the hotel although quite basic is value for money"

Small pool on the roof to relax."

"We had an inner room and for a busy city centre location it was SO quiet. The room and bed were comfortable, fridge and coffee maker, iron + board all provided. The 5th floor roof terrace for breakfast and complimentary snacks 6-8pm was lovely, we were disappointed we couldn’t access at other times. Staff very friendly and helpful, bus info, advice on trips etc. The breakfast included local dishes as well as cereal, fruit, eggs etc. Only downside no “ordinary” / non Maltese fresh coffee (not instant) available."

Every member of the team is friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making your stay special. When we needed help finding a doctor, they were incredibly helpful and supportive. That kind of personal care makes all the difference, especially when you’re away from home. You can find beautiful buildings and lovely breakfasts in many places, but it’s the people who turn a good hotel into an exceptional experience. Domus Zamittello gets this absolutely right. Do yourself a favor and stay here! It is worth every penny, and we would return without hesitation. A truly five-star experience that we can wholeheartedly recommend."
