La amabilidad de los dueños te hace sentirte en tu propia casa. "What made this place so terrific was not the facilities, but Roberto and Claudia, the owners. They went out if their way to show us the wine production and surrounding area. They went above and beyond to help us with their pharmacy and anything else we needed. They made it our home. Scandiano is a delightful community. It was hard to believe based on the style in the shops that is was a farming town."

Property condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)

Secure safe parking and very welcoming staff. The jacuzzi in our room worked perfectly. Less than a mile walk into the heart of Parma. Train station two easy streets away. Will definitely return.

Palazzo Della Rosa Prati is a charming, centuries old building located in the heart of the historic center of Parma. We had a two bedroom deluxe suite which was actually an apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine. The building is old, but the interior is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing. They helped us with dinner reservations and even arranged a cooking class for us. I highly recommend this hotel.
