"The room was clean and spacious. Functional kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, coffeemaker, and sink. Hot water works well. Stacked washer and dryer in unit was a nice touch after a longer stay in the area. Staff is kind. Kind of a small check-in window but the property is also an apartment so it’s not a huge deal. Street sounds can get a bit noisy as it is by a busy road and upstairs neighbors are audible, but that’s the nature of an apartment. Very happy with this stay and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a secure place to stay for a while. "

All the woodwork and features were very nicely restored. The breakfast was terrific in a lovely dining room and wonderful waitstaff! So happy we picked this as our stay in Champain-urbana"
