"This was our favourite hotel in a month-long vacation in Tuscany. The hotel is very attractive, offering a lounge, library, gorgeous terrace and wonderful breakfast. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We liked everything about the Palazzo Ravizza and would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Siena."

"Villa Svetoni was the perfect stay in our favorite region of Italy—Tuscany. The rolling valleys and surrounding landscape were absolutely breathtaking, and the property itself is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The main breakfast attendant went above and beyond every morning, offering warm, attentive service that made us feel truly cared for. The receptionist was incredibly helpful as well—they assisted us in booking a horseback riding experience, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape in the heart of Tuscany with exceptional service and stunning views, Villa Svetoni is a perfect choice."

"The hotel is amazing! This hotel was a monastery built in the 13th century. Major problem, no elevator. The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Ours was on the 3rd, hauling luggage was not fun. The other annoying part was the included breakfast started at 8am. We had an early train reservation which meant no breakfast for us. When we explained at the front desk, they didn’t offer any solutions. "

"This hotel was gorgeous! I didn't know if it would live up to the pictures online but it exceeded them. The views are spectacular! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful. Convenient free parking. The staff was very gracious and welcoming. I would absolutely go back! "
