The hotel is very close to all the major attractions on the doorstep. Breakfast was excellent, the staff extremely kind and helpful and the facility to leave luggage as needed, before check-in or after check-out. Best of all, they had our room ready when we arrived, well before the official check-in time. Very much appreciated. "

We loved Lucca and it was in no small part owing to the lovely people we met in the hotel and in the city. "
