We sincerely enjoyed our stay at Le Chablis. The staff were kind and helpful, location was excellent for our needs. Breakfast was lovely and the coffee machine was a huge plus! The only downside was that you could easily hear people in the hallway outside of the room and the people above the room. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this property!
Enjoyed our stay, my only suggestion for an improvement would be a few hooks and hangers in the room for towels and clothes. Also a toilet paper holder would be nice.
Very nice staff, helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was hearty and healthy, coffee machines were awesome. The manager Marc was very helpful as were the breakfast room staff.
We stayed a night in late August and absolutely loved it! The room was beautiful, climate controlled & the bathroom was immaculate! Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.
The room was nice and clean, staff was prompt and helpful, and parking was no problem. The hotel is a very easy walking distance to the train, making the rest of the city accessible. The place is nothing fancy, and the wifi service was hardly passable. Would recommend if you're planning to spend almost all of your time out and about and just need a clean+safe place to lay your head.
The room was great the staff was wonderful and very accommodating! The breakfast was yummy! We enjoyed our stay and would consider Le Chablis again as well as recommending it to our friends! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable! 😃
We stayed for Otakuthon weekend and had easy access to transportation at the metro just down the road, as well as a clean place and friendly staff that made us feel welcome. The appearance and vibe of the hotel was great, it was affordable for our trip and I'll definitely consider staying again. Also theres free breakfast which is pretty nice too. :)
Place was nice and quiet. Rooms were clean and not smelly. The only weird thing I felt was the bathroom didn’t have any vents. I can see that becoming an issue if someone end up having stomach issues.

Staff was professional and also refunded 2 out of my 3 night stay without pushback.
Room did not include some of the basics - exhaust fan for shower/toilet, missing ring on toilet paper holder, confusing thermostat. I would not stay there again.

Liked: Staff & service
The room was fine. It was clean, which is my main priority. There were no hooks to hang towels anywhere. There was no door to the shower, it is wide open to bedroom and the toilet is in a separate room than the sink and shower, there was no privacy sign for door,
Breakfast was good, Beds were cumfy, rainfall shower was nice. We were a 30 min walk from stade Olympic. Location and price were the main reason we booked it. Would I stay here again. No.
The front desk person was busy dealing with a housekeeping issue he did not make eye contact ignoring us while we tried to register. Also being behind a glass partition, he is removed from interacting or Provigo better customer service
The room was very clean and offer good amenities
and loved the neighborhood
OverAll the hotel was in a great location for the montreal tour de ille. That was important to me. Additionally it was minutes away from the cadillac metro station. Really convenient. The bad things were the toilet did not flush properly. They did not allow bikes in the room even after i called to confirm thst was ok. Other things that i thought was odd. Why did the first person say i could have a bike in the room and they would reserve a first floor room for me. Both were not true. These comments are not to criticize the team there but just to inform tourist that may not speak french and have trouble communicating. Which clearly was me. I do thank the staff for going above and beyond when they were aware of the situation.
Came here for the F1 weekend. Was booked for a queen bed and a sofa bed but was pleasantly surprised that it came with 2 queen beds. Room was small but it was all that was needed. Room was clean and cleaned everyday. Every thing worked. Bed comfortable. The hotel is located about 3-5 minute walk away from the metro which is very easy to use for short trip to downtown and or to the track. Highly recommend.
Check in was easy and friendly. The room was smaller than I thought, but clean and comfortable, look good and AC worker well. The bathroom and shower were nice. Since the room was at the edge of a corridor next to the stairs and the room was small, we could hear people talking and walking up the stair to the floor. Also, the hotel took 100$ on my credit (plus the normal fee) as a security depot, but that 100 dollar was never refunded, my room therefore cost 350$ total. I sent a email through their website about that I never got a answer, money never refunded on the July 16. Seem to be a mistake where the clerk charges me 100 and not just reserve a 100 space on the card. at 350$ it was way overpriced. So careful with that.
