"The staff on the property were very friendly and helpful. The furniture, TV, and bathrooms in the room are worn and need to be updated. It was nice to have a restaurant and marketplace on the property. We were also excited to have a waterpark on the property, but we were disappointed to learn that the pool was not free for guest. Our suite was a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids, however, I do think that the pull out couch would be better suited for smaller kids. "

"Clean and friendly! Loved the grounds. Could certainly use a better restaurant Be careful of the offering of a ‘free gift’. It is free, however dependent on attending a vacation club theme. We had a very kind woman however it was a lot more than the 1 hour n when we got to the end ‘interview’ with a verrrry rude man and voiced we’d been there a long time he stood up and walked away n then looked at us and said there’s the exit!! lol. Didn’t even look at us. Really soured our stay to be treated in this way. We’ve stayed at marriotts around the world and NEVER been treated in this manner. I’m most certain this is not how Marriott would like to be represented ……so disappointed "
