"For me it was a good option to stay near NYC without breaking the bank. It is exactly as depicted on this page, 3 bdrm 2 baths and a living room with a nice sized couch, also we found a air mattress in one of the rooms so that's a plus. We had plenty of space for 7 guests. We were only 25 min from the city, Christian did a great job communicating and the check in process was easy. That being said I had an issue with 2 things. Number one when I booked this place, I was very keen on the no smoking...

Really conveniently located near to NYC too! Highly recommend and I would definitely rent this place again. "The lake was absolutely beautiful. The house had a beautiful view and was quite comfortable. We were in to visit my brother and this house was exactly what we needed. But do know, there are a lot of stairs involved with this home. So please keep that in mind."
