"Overall the experience was good. There was an odor in the room we had to buy an air freshener. Quiet floor on the 3rd level. I believe the front desk staff was name Crystal she was very nice upon arrival and departure. She maintained a very pleasant appeal. Location was FANTASTIC. I will say it’s worth staying there for convenience and price. My wife and I would stay there again."

"The hotel was better than expected. It was clean and I felt safe. We originally had rented a room that had a king size bed and a couch. We had four of us my husband and I and our son were going to sleep in the king bed and the other adult was going to sleep on the couch. However, at that time they did not have any extra pillows or blankets for the other adult to sleep on the couch. They were nice and switched us to a room with two queen size beds. If I need a place to stay in Milwaukee again I would definitely consider it again."

"The room was clean, staff was wonderful breakfast was delicious. They had fresh coffee and cold/hot water available 24/7 in the lobby which we enjoyed immensely. Overall, it was good. It was the little things that I was struggling with. They only had a microwave in the lobby and many people struggled to use it. I used it but then it wouldn't turn off when I was done, it just kept going. We tried out the pool, indoors and it was COLD. We did enjoy the room with all its windows but it would have been much better a bit warmer. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days. 4 of those days, there were 2 green M&Ms in the hallway right around the corner from the elevator. I haven't traveled and stayed in a hotel in YEARS, so maybe things have changed, but I had to request washcloths! They didn't come in to straighten up. I got a text asking how things were, I had to request washcloths and the cleaner heard me talking with my travel buddy and dropped some off. She dropped them, fresh sheets and towels on the bench in the room. No straightening the room, no putting towels and washcloths in the bathroom, just dropped on the bench. Again, the hotel was good overall, but the little things bothered me greatly."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this location. It is perfect if you need a hotel near the airport. The property is older, but they keep it clean. The staff are always super helpful, kind, and accommodating. They have an airport shuttle that runs 24/7. I have been picked up at 2 am and even dropped off for a 5 am flight. They are amazing. So if you are looking for a clean, safe place to stay with wonderful staff, this will do you just fine!"

"Room was clean and had some recent updates. Breakfast had good selection, was hot, the woman in charge of dining area kept everything real clean and well supplied. Could actually open up a window for some fresh air! No complaint, would return if in area."
