"Okay so they're renovating the rooms and the biggest improvement has been the bed! The beds are now more comfortable with a new type of mattress when the firm side but like that memory foam maybe. It's an upgrade from what they had before. The Wi-Fi is still okay but I think it's because of the structure of the building which is primarily marble. It's an older building that's built sturdy and has a lot of marble. It looks nice but it's a headache for Wi-Fi. It works well in certain spots in your room so you will have to move to different spots but this is because of the structure which looks nice and very photogenic but that's the trade-off. The Wi-Fi here still seems better than many hotels in the US."
"
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost!
Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served!
Our room was always spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who came every day and made sure everything was clean and tidy.
The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. We’re so happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
