"The hotel itself is very good. However, if you dont have a car, be prepared to use a cab to get around. Staff are excellent. "

"The only issue with this property is the stairs. This is a group of old buildings and while the interior of the rooms have been redone and are very nice, the stairs are very narrow and steep and difficult to manage with luggage."

"Great hotel literally yards from the high street but set on a really quiet road. Staff were all super helpful and it has a great bar and garden where you can sit and chill after a busy day sightseeing. Theres two carparks at this hotel which although you have to pay for, are superb and super convenient. Beds are big & comfy and i wouldn't hesitate in using this hotel again."

"Well worth the money as although hotel spa was small it was very quiet on the Friday, so facilities were available and not packed. Hotel staff were all very friendly and professional. A really lovely find and very easy to get into Winchester."

"Stayed overnight as we had a party in Salisbury which was 11 miles away, early 2pm check in was great to freshen up and the hotel was set in a peaceful quiet area, no noise at all, comfy bed, tea & coffee making facilities, nice breakfast area with fruit juices, yogurts, cereals, toast & jams, waffles and full English with lovely quality sausages and bacon, would normally stay at a chain hotel/motel when in this area but this will now be my in place to stay"
