"Very Clean, well maintained property with terrific staff! The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. We ended up extending our original dates and despite having to change room type (due to sell out) the transition was smooth and easy. This hotel is within an hour or so to several attractions and parks surrounding the beautiful Smokies. I would definitely stay here again when in the area. "

"We enjoyed our overnight stay, comfortable beds, quiet, room clean, nice staff. Yes it might be a little outdated and has some cosmetic blemishes but our room was very comfy and clean. Breakfast as advertised, no eggs, meat etc., but muffins, toast, bagels and waffles. Very large TV with satellite. We wished we were staying for more than one night."
