"The hotel itself is ok, but the behavior of two front desk employees completely ruined our experience. When I politely asked for information, they laughed at me, acted disrespectfully, and were extremely unprofessional. Their attitude toward guests was unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was that neither of them was wearing a name tag, and they only reluctantly gave their names after I insisted. They claimed to be Naomie and Cloe, although I honestly doubt they were even telling the truth. My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but after this experience we will never return. Customer service like this is embarrassing for any hotel, and I would strongly recommend others think twice before booking here."
