"Lionel’s house suited us perfectly. Great, spacious living and kitchen area, with three doors to the outside, air conditioning in all rooms (which we did use in the evenings once the mosquitos came out and we had to shut windows), private secure courtyard with lovely plunge pool. We did find it a little under-provisioned - just three breakfast bowls, only four mugs etc. - but otherwise well-equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, drinks fridge, gas barbecue. "Great little house attached to a larger villa. Nice and cool in the hot summer with thick walls and aircon in all bedrooms. A short walk to the very clean pool with plenty of loungers and shade or sun can be found throughout the day. The pool is shared with the larger attached house but we had it to ourselves most of the time. The property is a short drive from Carpentras where there's a weekly market as well as lots of the usual supermarkets. We took a great drive up to Mount Serein and also...

"A beautiful and elegant house obviously much loved by owners. There are large rooms with high ceilings and good air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. It's in a great location for walking into the walled city and also convenient to the train station. There are good bakeries and a grocery within easy walking distance. The kitchen has been redone to modern standards, so it's great for breakfast and meals if you don't want to eat out. When we arrived, we had some issues caused by previous renters....

Pool was good and terrace nice to sit on for dinner, decent sized rooms, kitchen was adequate but could have done with a built in oven as we were unable to BBQ due to regional ban on fires. The toilet didn’t have a basin so had to walk to bathroom to wash hands, shower tiles were cracked and needed some work. "Les + : La maison est dans un écrin de verdure. Elle est idéalement placée pour qui désire visiter les environs. La piscine est magnifique et malgré la chaleur elle était très fraîche. Très bon contact avec l’hôte et sa famille. Les -: Le portail doit rester toujours fermé à clé et lorsque vous sortez vous devez chaque fois ouvrir les deux portes , passer la voiture ressortir et refermer le portail. Le chemin qui mène à la place de parc est assez serré pour qui possède une voiture un peu...
