"Lovely B&B"

"Lovely place. Room was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was modern & gleaming. Slight mix up over bed type was quickly sorted while we had a complimentary drink in the beer garden. The room had a nice view over grass onto the sea / estuary. The beds were so comfortable, I didn’t want to get up & pack to come home. The only thing we found missing in the room was a bin, but we just brought the one out of the bathroom. Included breakfast was served in their cafe and it was gorgeous. A real gem of a B&B and well worth the price we paid. "

"A lovely friendly and welcoming place. Our room had a great fresh and clean smell as we entered and when I requested extra little milk cartons I was asked if I preferred fresh milk - oh yes. The beds were very comfy. Just what we needed. A table was reserved for our evening meal and it didn't disappoint. I hadn't expected the possibility of a roast Sunday dinner on the evening, and it was amazing, delicious and I didn't leave a scrap. My hubby was just as thrilled with his steak and ale pie. Very tasty meal. Couldn't fault it. The wall near the bar had a number of awards and a current one too. Would definitely recommend. The same staff were up the next morning serving breakfast and nothing was any trouble. Everything was well presented and the cooked breakfast was piping hot . A family run pub and I would definitely return "

"Beautiful property, really well appointed and very clean, lovely outlook over the gardens. The property is located in the grounds of the owner’s property who provided us with a warm welcome and recommended places to eat and walk. The village is great and has pubs, bars and cafes a short walk away, we didn’t need to use the car all weekend. Would recommend"

"We had a really excellent 5 day stay. Our room (3) was huge with 2 kingsize beds and a large sofa. Bathroom was also a good size. The breakfast was good with excellent friendly, prompt service. A really good location for visiting the area and not too busy. Parking was never a problem. It would have been useful to have some plug-in bed side lights rather than battery operated nightlights. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which enhanced our stay."

"Perfect stay. Such welcoming hosts. Property was easy to find, so beautifully decorated, and very quiet. Our room, like the whole property, was pristine. So many thoughtful touches, like the torch next to the bed in case you use the bathroom in the night. Plenty of hot water for the shower and a really comfy bed. And breakfast - vegan, gluten, and normal options, freshly cooked, delicious. Will definitely stay again. Thank you"
