The weather wasn't great but the front porch allowed us all to sit outside and enjoy the great view of the ocean and all the surfers despite the rain! We loved all the games and the big table inside. "This was our second time renting this house. The floor plan is ideal. Lots of balcony space to enjoy the view of the marsh and its fauna. I usually cook every night and appreciate the open floor plan of the living room, dining space, and kitchen."

"This property is extremely comfortable for a large group. The ocean views are spectacular and there are marsh/river views from some rooms. There are two dishwashers and a wine fridge plus 2 two-bin trash cabinets making storage and cleanup much easier for a large group. The interior furnishings are comfortable; the!open floor plan makes it easy for large groups to congregate and participate. There is ample high-end outdoor furniture. Great property for big group of family & friends."
