"The staff was friendly and professional. Parking available on-site with a parking pass (room key required for access), or you can let the Valet take care of it. They have two elevators, We stayed in Room 916 (2 Queen beds) from 10/25/2025 to 10/30/2025. The room was above Pinky's (the bar on the ground floor) but the music was not intrusive (and they are not open too late) and was mostly drown out by the wonderful ocean view, and sound of the waves. The beds were soft and comfortable, plenty of pillows. There is mini-fridge, but no microwave. The hotel may be able to provide one on request. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan and it stayed pretty humid in there. There is a shower (no tub), and no shower door. Plenty of towels. Papaya brand soap, hair care in the room. There is a coffee shop next to the elevators, with a friendly staff. 10/10 will be back the next time we find ourselves in need of a beach."

"Beautiful experience for our short trip to South Carolina. Our first time to ever visit the state and this house and beachview did not disappoint. The stairs were quite the workout, but they fit the style of the home. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. Overall, amazing experience!!"

"Great location. Porch looking at the beach. Spacious house. We didn’t cook so can’t speak to the kitchen. Easy to check in and great communication with the owner. Folly Beach was a fun small town and easy access to Charleston for a day. "

"We stayed for a long weekend with 11 people and were very comfortable. The weather wasn't great but the front porch allowed us all to sit outside and enjoy the great view of the ocean and all the surfers despite the rain! We loved all the games and the big table inside. The rental had everything we needed and would definitely recommend to others!"

"The place was beautiful! It was perfect to celebrate 3 weeks for my MIL’s 80th birthday! The master bathroom sink needs some attention. The bleach dispenser on the washing machine goes straight out to the floor. Carpets could use cleaning.The view and location was amazing! We had 8 at our maximum number of people and it was just grand.Dunes Properties was outstanding to work with! Very helpful and fun and friendly! We’d definitely go back! Thank you for a great stay!!!"

"This was our second time renting this house. The floor plan is ideal. Lots of balcony space to enjoy the view of the marsh and its fauna. I usually cook every night and appreciate the open floor plan of the living room, dining space, and kitchen."

"This property is extremely comfortable for a large group. The ocean views are spectacular and there are marsh/river views from some rooms. There are two dishwashers and a wine fridge plus 2 two-bin trash cabinets making storage and cleanup much easier for a large group. The interior furnishings are comfortable; the!open floor plan makes it easy for large groups to congregate and participate. There is ample high-end outdoor furniture. Great property for big group of family & friends."
