"We were on the upper floors and for the entire stay one of the two elevators was not operating and the other one worked off and on. One of the evenings following dinner, we had to walk up to our room - all seven floors. We had to flag down hotel staff each day to get fresh towels. When we returned from our trip I had several odd fees charged to my card which required me having to call and track down what they were for. Front desk said that these were travel and destination charges - something that was never disclosed or discussed. I am currently waiting for these charges to be retracted or I will be disputing the charges. For the first time using Hotels.Com I am pretty disappointed and will contact resorts personally in the future, I don't like surprises especialy when they appear on my charge card."

"Parking was difficult. Apparently, our room didn't qualify for driveway parking; we had to park on the street. Got a good spot upon arrival, but we were hesitant to drive for fear of losing a parking spot on a street with few first come street parking. Nice elderly ladies, one told me she was in her 80's, cleaned and stocked continental breakfast. Easy to talk with, but kept telling me how exhausted she was having to work. I felt sorry for her, but... The Old Porch room was unexpectantly VERY small. Good for a single traveler, not a couple. We were reassured to see the cockroach traps set."

"Beautiful view of the beach and fishing pier from this third floor walk up unit! The home was stocked well with everything we needed for our stay. We contacted the property manager several times and she was quick to reply and address the issue. Convenient walk to everything on Folly. Perfect location and so great to have an assigned parking space for our use."

"Very nice for our Spring Break getaway. Very clean, very spacious for our family of 4. We've stayed in several VRBOs & this was the nicest by far. We did end up leaving our laundry detergent there, so maybe someone else can use it. It was unfortunate not to have any & I was surprised to not find a stove top tea kettle. Also, the road in front of the condo is very busy at all times. I was surprised to find this. I was expecting more of a laid back beach vibe. The price was great, as we were here in March, during the off-season. I did look at summer prices & it is about 4x as much, which I would probably not rate as good of a value."
