"We were on the upper floors and for the entire stay one of the two elevators was not operating and the other one worked off and on. One of the evenings following dinner, we had to walk up to our room - all seven floors. We had to flag down hotel staff each day to get fresh towels. When we returned from our trip I had several odd fees charged to my card which required me having to call and track down what they were for. Front desk said that these were travel and destination charges - something that was never disclosed or discussed. I am currently waiting for these charges to be retracted or I will be disputing the charges. For the first time using Hotels.Com I am pretty disappointed and will contact resorts personally in the future, I don't like surprises especialy when they appear on my charge card."

"Parking was difficult. Apparently, our room didn't qualify for driveway parking; we had to park on the street. Got a good spot upon arrival, but we were hesitant to drive for fear of losing a parking spot on a street with few first come street parking. Nice elderly ladies, one told me she was in her 80's, cleaned and stocked continental breakfast. Easy to talk with, but kept telling me how exhausted she was having to work. I felt sorry for her, but... The Old Porch room was unexpectantly VERY small. Good for a single traveler, not a couple. We were reassured to see the cockroach traps set."

"This rental was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. The king bed in the loft area was very comfortable. Beautiful ocean views. Great deck and little yard with gates- perfect for our dog. Plenty of lawn chairs on the deck too! Situated in a quiet area yet within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Not too far a drive to many amazing parks with extensive biking trails. Responsive owner! We had a fantastic time!"

"Beautiful view of the beach and fishing pier from this third floor walk up unit! The home was stocked well with everything we needed for our stay. We contacted the property manager several times and she was quick to reply and address the issue. Convenient walk to everything on Folly. Perfect location and so great to have an assigned parking space for our use."

"Beautiful home with amazing views. Nicely stocked kitchen and every room had a bathroom. Plenty of space that everyone could have a worst plane if they wanted or gather together at the large kitchen table with a Beautiful unobstructed view of the beach. Property manager was always available if needed and very pleasant to work with. Absolutely would stay again"

"The floors were dirty. The house smelled, as if it had been closed up for some time. The decor was great but the floor sloped significantly in kitchen/dining error. Some of the appliances were unclean. The ad said it was a 3 bedroom & 2 bath home. It was a very small 3 bedroom & ONE indoor bathroom & an outside communal bathroom. I find that to be false advertising. The lady that came by & brought gjft was super nice & unexpected. Lastly, the furnishings, especially the recliner (old & broken) were worn & not up to par. Our trip wasn't effected by these items but needed to be noted."
