"The room was clean and the staff was super nice. The only issue was the elevators. Only one was working and at one point both were down. Had to take stairs up 4 flights. The elevators are old and should be upgraded and the stairwell needed some much needed attention. We would love to go back but we let staff know we would not if elevators were not fixed. We are an older couple and we can't do stairs well."

"The property was just as described, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. King bed was very comfortable. Location is great as you are away from the hustle of the restaurant area and less than 100 yards from the beach. Towels and beach chairs are provided so leave yours at home. Thanks for a very relaxing stay!"

"My family and I had an amazing stay this weekend. The host were super nice and quick to respond. We enjoyed sitting outside in the quiet. We had everything we needed for a successful trip to Folly!!"

"Perfect location for us"

"This was one of the most accommodating, comfortable beach houses we have stayed in. I loved the beautiful wooden floors and fun ceiling fans especially. The outside sitting area offered shade and an entertainment space. Also, it was nice to be away from down town- but only 5 blocks. The public beach access at 5th and 6th streets are less congested than closer to the pier. In the future, I’d rent(?) a golf cart— but that’s just bc of parking and running to the beach/market. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is perfect—on the beach and convenient to everything on Center Street. The house itself was very clean and clearly well cared for, which made settling in easy and comfortable.It’s also extremely well-equipped, especially for larger groups. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and gather together. The layout worked great for both relaxing and socializing.Having a golf cart already at the property to rent was a plus. Kate was very responsive and a joy to communicate with. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—clean, spacious, and in a great location. We would definitely go back ! "

"Parking was difficult. Apparently, our room didn't qualify for driveway parking; we had to park on the street. Got a good spot upon arrival, but we were hesitant to drive for fear of losing a parking spot on a street with few first come street parking. Nice elderly ladies, one told me she was in her 80's, cleaned and stocked continental breakfast. Easy to talk with, but kept telling me how exhausted she was having to work. I felt sorry for her, but... The Old Porch room was unexpectantly VERY small. Good for a single traveler, not a couple. We were reassured to see the cockroach traps set."
