"After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant to stay but now I'm glad I did. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Our room was clean and recently updated. We had hot showers. The place was quiet and the beds fairly comfortable. I will be staying there again. "

"Building is pretty run down, and my room was pretty dirty. Still had hair on the pillows from the last person who stayed in the room. Floor was dirty as well."

"I received a room upgrade. The room was very clean and comfortable (spacious room) with a view of a small lake off the balcony. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful - excellent customer service. I will definitely stay at this property again when visiting KC."
