"Ameristar is the only place we stay for a two night getaway for us adults. There is so much to do in the area other than gambling, but, the gambling is sooo much fun. Great location for hiking and walking by the river. Nice, clean and great staff ❤️"

"This property is amazing. I will be returning. If you have pups bring them cuz they are welcome. Front desk staff was amazing and helpful. Valet staff is great. Location is perfect. Housekeeping was good for the most part, however there was hair in the tub that wasn't mine to start. And it stayed there thru the stay. I had a stained pillow case on an unused bed. Front desk fixed that asap. When it came time to do a full clean, it was only half way done. So that was unpleasant. Again Front desk handled that. Maintenance was called 2 times upon arrival. Clogged sink was fixed immediately however the hot water cartridge in the sink was not changed and wet all my stuff on the counter as it was leaking from the handle onto the counter.i did have some dishes in front of my rm door that wer not mine for 2 days until I reported it. Other than that my stay was amazing. I can't wait to come back.."

"Check in was very professional. Although we were early, front desk made the transition to check in time smooth and stress free. Rooms are spacious and modern. Quite clean and well stocked. Bed very comfortable. Harrys restaurant was a great place to have a snack or cocktail with friendly service. Cloth stools were, however, filthy with spilled food and beverage and tables unlevel/ wobbly which was distracting. Nice to see cookies and milk in the lobby as a snack... good small touch. Check out was very efficient and we left feeling satisfied. Once returning home, we discovered we left an important item in the room. It was near impossible to reach anyone at the hotel and once we did, were transferred to the wrong extension and then put on hold for 15 minutes. When i did reach someone they assured me they would research the problem and find a resolution but after placing me on hold several times. After hanging up I felt very frustrated. The problem was never resolved on the hotel end, not ever receiving a call back. We would return to this very conveniently located hotel but it would not be our first choice."

"We had an amazing stay at the Hilton garden Inn. We went for a baseball game and had an amazing view from our room of the stadium. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It was a short stay but we are definitely going back and staying here. It was close to everything. Perfect location."

"The Brown Palace is very old which is its major charm. Guests must know that everything about the building may not work quite right. For example, the heating/AC system in our room was very noisy and could not be adjusted. The shower handle was difficult to adjust (Room 430) in starting the stream."
