This stunning 2 bedroom apartment with breathtaking views is on the last floor of a quiet residence : Le Neva

This fantastic apartment is located in "La Falaise area" on the last floor of the very quiet residence Le Neva.
It's location within 200m of the underground carpark makes it really easy to access and leave on arrival and departure day. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the residence.
With 2 large balcony east facing, beautiful views over the resort and high ceilings, the living space is very bright and feels spacious.

6th and last floor of a residence equiped with an elevator :
- Entrance hall with large cupboard on the right equiped with shoe dryer
- First room (childs) on the left with 2 bunk beds (80x190cm) and a window
- Bathroom on the right with a large bath, perfect to relax after a long day on the slopes
- 2nd bathroom on the left with shower and toilet
- Large living space with fully equiped kitchen, sofa bed (140x190cm) and dining table - High ceiling
- Access to a bright balcony from the living space
- Large double room with cupboard and access to a second a wide balcony.
- Ski-locker

Apartment can welcome up to 6 guests.

Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence.

Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.

Feel free to ask if you have any question ! Cleaning, beds linen and towels are included.

Perfect apartment

Perfect, well equipped apartment (down to details like ski boot warmers), really great location close to shops/restaurants but also very quiet with a bakery down stairs. Pretty spacious for French Alpine appt. Also close to car parks which was a boon here. Immodreams staff were fantastic to deal with. 6 stars.

Notre séjour à la résidence Le Neva s’est parfaitement bien déroulé grâce à Johann et Lucie de l’équipe Immodream! L’appartement était exactement fidèle à nos attentes tant en terme d’emplacement, de confort, de qualité et d’espace. Nous réserverons dès que possible pour les vacances d’hiver 2024!!! Superbe logement

Le logement est vraiment top à tout point de vu. Bien placé, belle vue, superbes finitions et décorations, pratique (mini pièce pour poser le matériel de ski et le réchauffer, 2 salles de bains : une avec baignoire et une avec douche…). Nous avons passé un super séjour :)
