"Excellent location in Salamanca. The hotel is really pretty. Rooms are somewhat small bot comfortable. Breakfast was incredible and personnel very committed in providing a good service."

"The bed was comfortable, and the room met our basic needs. Unfortunately, the staff was not very helpful. They gave us poor directions to a nearby restaurant and seemed annoyed when we asked for additional clarification. The breakfast buffet was also overpriced for the limited selection offered. If you're staying here before a flight, I'd recommend skipping the hotel breakfast and eating at the airport instead."

"We stayed here for 1 night and luckily got upgraded from a hotel room to a loft. It was great, bed was comfortable and clean. Had a little coffee bar with some snacks, which is always nice. The staff were very nice! Only a 5 min walk to Gran Via. Great location, would definitely recommend !"
