"This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). "Car park was down a lot of steps from hotel, every time you needed to get car out you had to ask security to come down and unlock the gate, which was a bit of a hassle but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is about 4 hotels and it is a long walk between them and dining or reception along corridors, up and down steps, one nearly needs GPS.
