"Heidi was lovely. She even came to our room to show us how to use the tv/remote. My only critique would be that the stairs could use some reinforcement. Perhaps in the two months they are closed, they could build a new stronger staircase."

"Hotel looks fairly new, breakfast is the standard one from all Fairfield’s I have been and comfortable.
The staff is kind of quiet but they answer nicely when you ask something. 15 minutes away from Zion"
"The first impression was an excellent front office service person, Adam, who was enthusiastic and very informative. Then when we learned that we were on the second floor Adam brought Rayland who brought our bags up and was so nice. I insisted he take a tip but he refused. And whenever we saw him he was smiling and nice.
The room was large and beautiful. Everything about the room, shower, and balcony was great. I’ve decided to use Expedia more because of this property especially and others which is saying a lot since I have high levels with two other hotel chains. "
