"I agree with a previous review stating the condo is nicer than the building it’s in. When we first arrived and got off the elevator, there was a weird smell that made me initially concerned. The room was as shown in photos, small kitchenette with mini fridge and ceramic hot plate was functional. Cleanliness was subpar, dish rack is rusted and sponge for dishes is clearly old. There weren’t extra trash bags or paper towel so we did have to go to the market and provide our own which is fine just...

"I originally picked this location for its proximity to the new Combat Sports Academy (sharing a parking lot with the Publix). The location is great, with a beautiful, friendly community and a crisp, non-busy pool. The walk to Millenia Mall is gorgeous and very manageable in terms of distance, and it's a short ride to many other Orlando attractions. "We picked this property for it's closeness to everything. When we first got there the alarm system kept beeping at us(probably due to our lack of knowledge) as well as a smoke detector. I talked with property manager and was able to get us taken care of along with sending us a gift card for some pizza. He even sent us dish towels when asked where some were via delivery. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly."
