"I had blood on my bed sheets(which is a red flag on many levels)and they didn’t believe me at first, so I showed them. Once I showed them, I asked for new sheets and they said they didn’t have anymore cleans ones. They didn't even offer to take the sheets, so I took them off myself. Then they said they can't do anything else to help me, but I can speak to the manager the next day to get a discount or refund. I ended up speaking to the manager the next morning and he was extremely rude. He told me if I wasn't happy about the sheets, I should have just went to a new hotel. Mind you this happened at 10pm when I noticed the blood. He was very dismissive and said he couldn't do anything to help me. HORRIBLE customer service!!! Do NOT go here!!"

"This particular Fairfield inn is really nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. An example is when I got up at 3 am even though coffee is usually made at 4 am the person at the front desk went ahead and made a pot for me. It was very nice and I appreciated it. This hotel is in excellent condition, only a few miles from the airport, close to a lot of eateries, and the price was very reasonable. Guys, your wives will love you more if you choose this place!"

"Clean - nice shower - bed was comfy. Staff very friendly. No nasty smell in the room. The key to the room actually worked.. breakfast had a great assortment of foods. Why isn't there a choice of your travel companion of husband or wife? I don't particularly care for the word Partner."

"No continental breakfast. A brown bag with juice, yogurt, and muffin in it. Get it at the front desk. The hotel showed its age and was worn in areas. Right next to the airport is a plus. Not sure, but i think people lived there too."

"There was blood on the wall next to the toilet & the accessible shower wasn’t as accessible as they pictured. It was just a bathtub that had bars in it, and the showerhead came on right away. That was all that was accessible about the shower. there is no seating area in the shower like it pictures."
