"Stayed at the Sofitel for a long weekend with my family. It was very clean and staff was super responsive. The food at the restaurants on the property are also worth a try. The hotel is located in a great shopping area as well. Note that if you’re planning on driving, parking with valet or in the hotel garage is a bit pricey. "

"The hotel was clean for the most part, no house keeping everyday but I think that became standard post covid, they did bring up Towels and pack and play very quickly. Early check in fee was 60 dollars which I have never experienced before, like if the room is ready…it’s ready and it was they just charged a fee to come in it lol. valet was quick and it was close to everything our room had a weird buzzing sound that keep me up, a lot of happy little dogs. The breakfast could be skipped the seating area was very small, the food wast good in my option selection and options were limited. Overall good stay, but probably would pay a little more up front for nicer amenities. "
