Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

"The Four Seasons certainly lived up to its reputation. It's pricey. Not sure if the room was worth $1,000 per night but the bed WAS AMAZING!!!! Very comfortable with a high thread count on the sheets. It was spacious with a bench on the windows and an impeccable view of the city. The spa services were great. We did not like the way the jacuzzi was constructed and we only had 2 hours without kids splashing around in the pool. The staff was very friendly and acknowledged our anniversary at every turn. I would expect nothing less. The check in process was quick and seamless. Valet parking was very attentive and had my car brought out quickly. Definitely a 4-5 star experience. The turn down service at night was a NICE touch. The room was a bit dated. I wish the Four Seasons would remove the bathtub and have a walk in shower. And some of the room's wallpaper was coming undone. That was surprising. All in all 4 out of 5 stars definitely!! We would definitely go back !"

"I liked the Ambassador, it was a great! location. but, no coffee in the room and no maid service, We stayed 2 nights, but didn't get our room touched up. thus the 4 stars"

"Had a wonderful stay at the Godfrey hotel. Location was great for walking the city and the River North neighborhood had plenty to offer. The hotel was quiet, with a comfy lobby to have a break. The room was as described with an outstanding panoramic city view since it is not surrounded by skyscrapers. Room had blackout curtains which helped for sleep throughout the morning. Housekeeping was fantastic with daily cleaning and meeting any needs we had. Had a fabulous 6 day stay thank you very much."

"Excellent airport location. Very convenient access to all terminals, including the farthest T5. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant couls use less AC - it was very cold my likeness."
