"Teh staff were friendly and helpful. Immediately upon booking I received a text message from the staff letting me know someone was there to help with any questions. checking in was easy and the hotel was very clean. The room, beds and bathroom were all clean and well kept.

"Check in and check out was without any issues. I like to have contact with the owner and we communicated with respective needed information. Michael let us know he was available. The Cabin in the woods is what I’d like to remember this place to be. It was by far the cleanest cabin my husband and I have ever stayed at. It was the perfect place for the both of us, at this time of our lives. The cabin is secluded with trees all around. We sat on the porch and listened to the summer songs of birds, bugs and the stream in the back while reading and gazing amongst the trees. We walked the lane from the cabin to the road and back. There’s a little pond with lily pads and flowers.The owner has a must read manual about his family and the cabin. I loved how they had built and set up the place for the past meeting the future. It’s set up with room lights that turn on when you walk in. No need to figure out where to flip a switch. We come to Vermont during Leaf Peeping Season, however we’ve not been during the summer. We had perfect weather during the week we stayed. We drove to the Vermont Country Store, saw a play at the Weston Playhouse and had lunch. You must have a maple creamee. We drove to Manchester and shopped, had lunch, drove to Dorset and attended another play at their Playhouse Theatre. Then back to Manchester to eat at Ye Old Tavern. All our adventures were 45 minutes to an hour from the cabin. Thank you for hosting us with your amazing cabin. Yes! We’d stay again. "
