Huge comfortable suits, great for families. Loft has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus living room, dining room, and full kitchen. Also gas fireplaces (though may not be running) which creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were in great condition. Highly recommend.

This was my 3rd time staying at Dexter’s Inn and hopefully not the last. It is a wonderful inn with easy access to Mount Sunapee.

The owners are so kind, friendly, and thoughtful! I stayed here the night before the eclipse, and because they knew people wanted to leave early the next day to beat the eclipse traffic, they moved up the start of breakfast (poached eggs and bacon hash, yum!) an hour. The hotel is beautiful and has wonderful views of the surroundings, including the lake, from windows. There is a nice loop around the lake that can be done, and hiking trails nearby. I had a very comfortable stay. No complaints. Many great cable TV channels, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, My room had a river view (pictured).

Staff was very accommodating, and the service was great, food, drinks, good coffee in the morning and the food we pretty good as well. Would definitely stay there again. Has charm and warmth you don't feel at other inn's or hotels. keep up the good work

Always love this location. Very convenient for our trips to Vt. Cell service in general is spotty. I really rely on the WiFi. That needs to be better in this hotel. It was not working while I was there.

People were amazing

First the staff are so nice and friendly. Very welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower was amazing with plenty of hot water. Quiet, no road noise or traffic. Beautiful scenery. Will definitely stay there again.

The shaker museum is a great stay. It is SO reasonably priced for how nice the rooms are. The linens are all clean, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful and everyone is helpful and kind. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want an affordable, safe, comfortable, and clean place to stay. It’s also great obviously for a history buff as there is so much to learn about the Shakers. We will definitely be returning next year. The staff is...
