"The Lake Estate was nothing short of amazing. Arron and Arista at the front desk were extremely welcoming, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Never once did we walk by the lobby without them saying hello or offering anything to make the stay better and taking photos for us. Told us all about the resort. Cannot say enough things about Jackie at the spa. She’s the best! For a private hotel opening so recently of that size… it was well worth it and we will be going back multiple times a year. "

"Our family had a great stay here ! What stood out most about this hotel was the incredible manager. Every interaction was positive—helpful recommendations, quick responses, and warm smiles throughout our stay. It’s clear Tim takes pride in the motel and making guest feel special . We stayed and skied next door at pats peak . The location could not have been more convenient . The fire at night in the cozy common room was perfect and breakfast at intervale pancake house was amazing . We stayed her 30 years ago and it was our first time back . Highly recommend for a cozy stay in a motel experience. Thanks Tim for all you did to make our stay great ! "

"1woman who helped was the lady doing breakfast on the 29 th and on the 30 th tidying rooms on the 3 rd floor Such a great worker! Our room is very comfortable and because I have two teenage grandchildren that like to have their own bed, the hotel manager allowed me an upgrade to a room with a couch for a tiny fee. Everyone is very happy here and would come back. We also enjoy the pool."
