"Super service. I was initially given a room with no WIFI as there was a fault. I also discovered the room had no phone signal. As an Autistic, solo traveller this was extremely problematic. However, the WONDERFUL staff immediately apologised, upgraded me (at no charge) to a room with full connectivity and also gave me some free bar tokens as a further apology. Absolutely first class service. I didn't catch the manager's name (she was on duty Sat 10 April) but she and her front desk team were a credit to Tribe. I shall 100% return for my next London visit later this year. Thank you."

"Room was clean and tidy"

"Clean room and staff was respectful…. All stuff left in the room was never touched and always had clean towels. Kitchen is good but the mini fridge seemed to not cool properly. We cooked everyday no issues at all and had many multiple shops around. We were a family of 5 and had more than enough room for luggage and to sleep comfortably since we had 3 beds."
