"As an airport hotel it was excellent. Nowhere close to really walk as quite industrial. Did not affect out short stay"

"The hotel location is excellent - on the airport bus route and close to the railway station if you plan excursions to Brescia for example. It’s on a street with a number of restaurants but also has the option of room service. The rooms are modern and spacious, comfortable and very clean. Numerous options for breakfast - everything you could want in the excellent buffet. I would recommend the hotel without reservation talking about the hotel alone. However it is worth knowing that there is a space across the road 100 metres away which for one day during my stay had an open air rock concert from about 9pm to midnight. The hotel’s double glazing did not keep out the thumping bass and my room was on that side of the hotel. It’s not obvious when those evening rock concerts are going to happen so I suggest specifying a room away from the main road. None of this is the hotel’s fault but it was frustrating for one night not knowing when the music would stop."

"The property itself is absolutely stunning. Charming and old world, Italian and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like they had my back as I navigated this new country. The free breakfast was phenomenal. The creamiest parm I've ever had, the best coffee - the food was quite noteworthy and we looked forward to breakfast each day. "

"Positives Room spotlessly clean and everything provided for. Tea and coffee, bottled water in fridge daily. Bath and powerful overhead shower. Toiletries. Amazing view of old city from our balcony. Convenient for city centre and funicular was about 10 minute walk. Breakfast: Good choices. Cheeses ham fruit croissants bacon scrambled eggs and so much more. Coffee very good. Negatives Room furniture and decor needed updating. Balcony too. "

"The view from the balcony is breathtaking. It’s a comfortable 15 min walk to the centre of Lecco. The staff on reception were very helpful and pleasant."
