"Staff very helpful especially Michael for our restaurant recommendation and transport assistance. The hotel was very clean, room spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Hotel is set in the heart of old town Bergamo ideal for walking around the walls, shops and restaurants. We caught the bus back to the train station which couldn’t have been easier a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop- I would recommend if coming in by train to utilise the bus up the hill to the hotel as it is quite a hike 40 mins and then the funicular ( which was the fun bit)."
