"Very well presented modern hotel, situated between two tram stops on the T1 Line. It appears construction of a stop outside the hotel is at an advanced stage, and that would be ideal. While waiting for our room we explored the Chorus Life facilities and had lunch at GNAM. This was a popular area with locals in the evening, even when there was not an official event at the Chorus stadium. Our room was of a very decent size. "This newly opened hotel is beautiful. The rooms ate nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bonus or air con, kettle, coffee, machine, free toiletries, hairdryer and a mini bar are all a huge plus. The breakfast is simple, super and just enough to set you up for the day. Irina on the reception desk is so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped make our stay run smoothy with tips for getting bus tickets and where to visit. We would return no problem! "Incredible hotel and location, Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were the highlight of the stay, everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond for our stay including an out of hours sandwich being made even though kitchen was closed due to our late arrival. Breakfast was tasty and included a large selection. Sadly due to our timings we were unable to experience the SPA but we will be returning for this."

Ero già stata qui 3 anni fa e ho notato una differenza eclatante La suite e l’intera struttura vertono in uno stato pietoso e andrebbe fatto un grosso lavoro di manutenzione. Idromassaggio pieno zeppo di sabbia, fatto presente due volte al personale ma senza risoluzioni. Muffa sui muri e parete scrostate, crepate e da ridipingere. Prima c’era lo spiedino di frutta di benvenuto e lo champagne, ora solo una triste bottiglia di birra. Lo staff apatico e freddo,...
