"Was angry when I realised that breakfast was not included, I had booked a unit with breakfast. There was no air-conditioner in the unit - for the price paid you would expect an air-conditioner. As we were new to the island we accepted that $50 for transfer from the ferry terminal to our accommodation was reaonable, however, once we had checked in and walked realised that the bus stop was 200m away and cost $2.45 to the ferry terminal - this is the type of information that should be advised to customers."
