The property appears to be brand new, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is not walkable from the railway station or from the town of Thun but there is a convenient bus that ends in a station opposite the hotel. It takes about 10-12 minutes on that bus to arrive from the railway station.

We loved everything about the hotel. It was beautiful. We stayed on the 4th floor where we were able to view the river, as well as the Swiss Alps in the background, the snowcap Mountains. Best views ever. Definitely a 5☆☆☆☆☆ Highly recommend to stay there

This hotel has a wonderful little garden with flowers right in front of it. A tram and bus station is right opposite of the hotels main entrance door. You will get a free daily city tour ticket from hotel staff as long as you stay there. Breakfast and dinner was absolutely superb. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will always return to the same place while visiting Bern. Bring a good friend with you, because the TV- channels offered are really mad.

Amazing service and beautiful hotel! We loved the views from our 3 large windows with views from every angle. The included breakfast was delicious with many hot item choices as well as a buffet with various breads, fruits, cereals and yogurts. I enjoyed the cappuccino and my husband loved the hot chocolate. I felt like we stepped into a fairytale. Thanks for a delightful experience!

The setting of this hotel is excellent and less than 30 min away from Bern. Its very peaceful at night and the people warm, hospitable and so kind. We took our 5 month baby there and genuinely enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Bern or simply wants to get away for arms peaceful time. Congratulations to all the people of the hotel. Great job! We walked outside in the beautiful open park and enjoyed watching the cows from the nearby meadow.

The room is clean. The reception is very nice and provided the welcome drink with compliment. They recommend the restaurant are good especially the Greek cuisine besides the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Stay KooooK in Bern. The location was perfect for exploring Bern, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

We liked the "kitchen" though there wasn't an oven to do pizza. (go to the 8th floor common room and use that one) The common room was never busy while we were there so if you want a comfortable spot to browse the internet or watch a game on your laptop that is a good spot. If there are two of you, pulling the other half of the bed out every evening was a bit of a chore but not a deal breaker. The bathroom was spacious by Swiss standards BUT the glass doors could make it awkward for some...

It’s very convenient cause close to everything

Wonderful staff. Property has been renovated completely. Spa is included and was wonderful. Easy parking. Loved being able to walk right out of hotel to lake and nearby park and city nearby.

This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh fruit, which I appreciated, meats, cheeses, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries. Regarding the price that I paied the hotel was very good. It is not far from centre and the breakfast was perfect. I will go there again if i want yo visit there again in the future.
