"The hotel itself was beautiful. Great location. 2 things that were not great were 1.conditioner provided had curdled and was like putting cottage cheese in my hair. Took a lot of rinsing and scrubbing to get it out. Snd 2. Friday night a nearby bar had live music playing very very loudly till 1am. I had a class early sat morning and could not sleep. Otherwise everything was excellent. "

"Friendliest staff ever. From the valet parking, restaurant, housekeeping and front desk every one made sure you were taken care of. Bathroom shower was smart and beautiful, beds comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting UVA campus."

"This house has a great proximity to the UVA grounds, was clean and pet friendly. The stay was nice but communication with the host was odd. When toilet paper ran out I contacted the host asking where more can be found. The host responded with “What is your problem” then when I responded that we had found extra he said “no one does that, there is plenty of toilet paper”. I found the response unnecessarily aggressive and was uncomfortable."
