"The room was super clean and came with some good amenities. Although we did not use the kitchenette, we did appreciate it being available. The Wi-Fi was good. It was really great being able to set and control the mini split for air conditioning. Location was central so it was a sort Uber ride to lots of good areas. One complaint is that there was only a front desk person present about 10% of the time. I had a delivery that I could not receive because I was late to return to the hotel and there was no staff present to receive it. I'm sure it could have been arranged to have staff present if I contacted a hotel representative via phone, but that is an inconvenience I would prefer not to try to plan and coordinate. Aside from the lack of actual staff present onsite, there are no complaints whatsoever."

"Would not recommend. The noise level was unbearable! thin walls, slamming doors, and you could literally hear the person next door having a full conversation. Zero restful sleep. The bed was okay but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The concierge was also unhelpful when needed. Very disappointing stay. There are much better 5 star hotels in CDMX worth your money."

"The apartments were very comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel is in a very vibrant neighbourhood with many restaurants and shops. It is centralized and easily walkable to some larger attractions."

"Couple of workers were really nice. The ones that we dealt with for most of stay refused to help us and showed attitude. The hostel sheets were stained and we went into a unflushed toilet."
