"Spacious and clean room. Excellent location with several good restaurants nearby. Maiabik was our favourite for Mexican food. There’s a small coffee shop/bulk food store to the right of the hotel (walk past starbucks)…can buy nuts, oatmeal, etc. Ecobici is right across the street for easy access to the bike share. AR218 is right along the Sunday bike route. Roughly 50 kn of streets are closed to vehicle traffic on Sundays. This is a great way to explore the city. Hotel is about a 45-60 min walk from Chapultepec Park. UBER was also a very easy way to get around."

"The room was very clean and gave an apt style hotel. There was a microwave, kitchen, and fridge. The room was spacious. There were many amenities to the building which included a game room, laundry, rooftop, fitness room and many more. The price was a great value for a week stay. "

"Great location. Recommend the superior suite room. Reg double room is odd and too small. Superior suite was very comfortable and quiet as it faced back light well. Front desk reception is a bit quixotic. Staff is young and they seem ill at ease. Wanted to use the bikes and thought we had that arranged when we came by the morning of our check in. Turns out they only have 3 and they are not reservable- its first come first serve. Totally fair- but reception person didnt do a good job of saying that up front when we initially asked. Roof top terrace is lovely. Nice breakfast/ although only the continental Portion is included in your room price. Any breakfast dishes are additional charges. Again communication at front desk needs more clarity since they tell you your breakfast is included. But otherwise fine accomodation."

"Would not recommend if you value safety, comfort, or a responsive host. The walls are incredibly thin, you can hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Our AC didn’t work, and despite reporting it, no one ever came to fix it. The bigger issue, was safety. There’s no security, and the front desk leaves at 6pm. Around 2am, we were woken up by loud banging and furniture moving. What made it worse was that we hadn’t seen any other guests in the building, so we genuinely didn’t know where it was coming from. We tried contacting management but got no response, which only added to the concern. We felt unsafe and barely slept. In the morning, the building manager, Rosa, finally responded. We explained everything and even shared a video of the noise continuing at 8am. Instead of looking into it, she dismissed our concerns and told us to leave, simply because we mentioned we had considered calling the police out of concern for our safety when no one responded overnight. She then escalated things by threatening to call the police on us, rather than trying to understand or resolve the situation. We missed a tour reso, and had to move hotels. We ended up staying elsewhere, which was actually cheaper and significantly better (ULIV, for those wondering). The refund process has also been frustrating and poorly handled. Rosa’s lack of responsiveness, rude behavior and basic concern for guest safety is alarming. Instead of working with us, we felt dismissed and blamed."
