"Good stay! Updated room. Water dispenser in lobby was nice. I would say it’s a 3 star hotel rather than a 4. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. One day the water was only warm not hot."

"The place itself was beautiful and very clean but getting in contact with the staff was entry impossible. I messaged them about the wifi not working 3 separate times and got an automated email with no resolution. Also, the night before we checked out they finally decided to drop off the key (we had been manually inputting the code). The worst part is they left it on the door handle WHILE WE WERE GONE. We got home around 9pm from our excursion. Anybody could have made their way into the room and stolen our belongings/passports/cash. Makes no sense why they would leave the key out in the open like that especially the night BEFORE we checked out. We were having a hard time figuring out how to use the key fob and the door wouldnt open with the code we had been using the whole time. In a panic, I had tried calling the number provided for assistance and they were all either disconnected or just hung up. Thankfully our neighbor had going the same trauma and showed us how it use it. The place was nice and centrally located but wouldnt stay again because of the poor management."

"We had an excellent stay at Parque Nido and would happily stay here again. The location is fantastic, walkable, safe, central, and surrounded by everything you could need. The views overlooking the park were beautiful, and the apartment itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The entire building has a very aesthetic, upscale feel. One of our favorite things was the convenience of having great restaurants right on the ground floor, along with plenty of coffee shops and bakeries just steps away. Check-in was incredibly easy, even though we arrived late at night. Having a security guard in the lobby at all times added an extra sense of comfort and security. Before our trip, we noticed some reviews mentioning noise from the restaurants below and activity in the park. Personally, we found it charming and part of the experience of staying in a vibrant neighborhood. It never bothered us, and things seemed to quiet down by around 11 PM. The unit does not have air conditioning, but we found that opening the sliding doors allowed a fresh breeze to flow through and cool the space down very quickly. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay in Mexico City, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located home base for exploring the city."
