"The proper was located in a safe neighborhood and the 24 hour agents at the front were very helpful"

"The check-in person was bordering on being rude. It was not a good check in experience. Comments: Interesting place. Elevator is needed. We are in our 60's and hauling luggage up to the fourth floor is not in the cards. Luckily, the doorman carried them but his back won't last long doing that. He was a great guy. Install an outside elevator as they are cheap. The lighting in room 406 was very dim...all of it. Install a new lamp in both rooms for additional lighting and stop using those modern cool lightbulbs that don't put out any light. Breakfast of pastries that are wrapped in plastic not so appealing when there are millions of bakeries around. There was almond milk and lactose free milk but no regular whole milk...whose decision was that? Bad one. AND there was no gluten free options. One morning the pineapple that was on the fruit tray was so brown it was gross. Rotten. If it was my hotel I would bring a cook in and serve eggs and bacon and would not stick with the poor choices that were available. While the hotel is in a great location it is doubtful that I would stay there again due to the things mentioned"

Comparten cosas cómo agua, una microondas, y un mini refrigerador para guardar comida. Es un lunar simple para una estancia simple, les recomiendo!"

"Excellent hotel, located in a historical mid-century building. The staff is professional and courteous, attentive to the needs of the guests. The property is located in the beautiful Condesa neighborhood with easy access to top- line restaurants and boutiques. Highly recommended."

"Excellent location in Roma Norte. Close to everything BUT loud! The hotel is close to a busy intersection and street noise goes all night, especially on the weekend. The hotel also has a rooftop bar that is very noisy until 2 a.m. on weekends. My first room faced the street and the bed was very uncomfortable for me. I didn't mention this to the staff but when I completed a survey online after check in, I was offered a room change. Staff was friendly, however, argumentative about the room change, noting that no one ever has an issue with the bed. So, I guess I'm the problem? Overall, the rooms were well appointed, close to all the popular attractions and the second room had a comfortable bed."

"We loved the location. Right across the street from Parque Mexico. Lots of fun stuff going on there and really beautiful. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within two or three blocks. We stayed in a fourth floor “suite”…totally worth it. Not really that much more than the other rooms. Two separate rooms…Very spacious with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and (!) a washer/dryer that came in handy. Also on the fourth floor is a beautiful roof deck. Lovely sitting out there at night. The breakfast is only so-so but adequate for starting the day. We were there for a very happy week."
