"I loved my stay here and my biggest regret was not staying at this hotel my entire trip. The room was impeccable and the staff was always attentive and responsive to my needs. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the noise from the doors closing from other rooms. They close too hard and constantly make a loud banging throughout the day. I would however definitely stay here again "

"Our first time in Mexico City and we had an amazing time! Our Spanish is very limited so we were very happy that several of the the staff members spoke english. Everyone was very friendly, the room was very clean and matched the pictures exactly (maybe even nicer than the pictures). We loved having a full kitchen and patio with lots of space to relax. Our daughter slept on the couch in the living room and our bed was very comfortable. The area is very cool, tons and tons of walkable restaurants, clubs, bars, spas and we even walked to some museums. Uber and DiDi were fast and convient. 10/10 I highly recommend Casa Cleo. We will be back. "

"I loved the location of this cute boutique hotel. We came in early and they kept our bags until we could upgrade to an available room that we could get in to early. It was a godsend on a long layover in the twighlight hours! "

"The staff are so kind and welcoming. The location is perfect with lots of great places to eat nearby. It’s in a very safe and clean area with easy access to public transportation. There’s a theater next door which was very nice because we got to catch a play one night. The common area was a huge plus for us, with access to drinkable water 24/7, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee/tea, tea kettle, and glasses and mugs. The shower gets super hot and the water pressure is very strong. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap were really nice too (which is important for me because I’m sensitive to overly fragrant soaps). Overall, it was a peaceful stay and I’d definitely stay here again. "
